The aim of embodied business is to introduce the potential of including your energetic body in your approach to your business. By doing so, you will begin to notice where you are draining energy and where your energy is being restored and rejuvenated.
The purpose is to introduce you to the chakra and human design systems to consider how orientating to your energetic body is transformational in your business and your life.
There will be a greater focus on the chakra system, which is also part of HD and your NS will be referenced. Our body is a whole body system and it is essential to include our energetic body.
Introducing Our Energetic Body
My coaching circles have an over arching theme, in this case embodied business and topics naturally arise from that.
To do that we will explore the chakra energy system. I will include Human Design (HD) basics as this adds extra layers of understanding into our energetic system, however it is not the main focus.
This is not a training, the emphasis will be on shared wisdom, growth, learning and co-creation. It is an introduction to both systems and how they impact you and your business. I will reference the NS (nervous system), however Weaving Balance into Business is the circle with a focus on NS.
This circle is to support you to unveil another layer of potential as you deepen your connection with who you are becoming in your business, while strengthening connections with like minded business owners.
I aim to create a safe container, where you will be seen, heard and belong. In the event of there being a rupture the intention would be to create opportunity for repair and safety. We do not always need to be perfect or strive at perfection, being responsible and taking responsibility is the mark of our willingness to grow. This is healing and transformational, my goal is to support you to claim your rightful place in business.
